I needed to replace the too dark window tint on my back window. Tom helped me decide what would be the best option and I'm happy with the result. Also happy that it was finished in a timely manner.

DO NOT GO HERE The technician that works in the back damaged my backflip Rails Because he was upset because he had to take it off and put it back on I have it on my traffic camera where he does damaged and treated rough on purpose then turn around and told me it’s supposed to be off after I pay extra money to have it removed and reinstalled Like this guy is very lucky. He didn’t catch me 15 years ago he wouldn’t have to worry about working anymore anywhere . Tom The manager told me he doesn’t work on cars unless they are brand new from the dealership gave me a hard time Last year, Drake’s Collision had replaced the bedside he had no problem putting Dino liner on it but this year he won’t do it to the opposite side for whatever reason reasons just because he felt like it. They are always slow there and you know why now bad customer service bad personnel working in there as well, damaged my stuff because he was mad that he had to work that day.

This place is awesome. Great people work here. They are detailed. Dropped my truck off for rust proofing and undercoating. This will definitely add some more years to my already 13 year old truck.

Outstanding Service I recently took my 2019 RAM REBEL to Ziebart in Dearborn to have the Ceramic Paint sealer done. From the moment I called to the time I picked it up it was a fantastic experience. First I called to set up an appointment 3 days after driving my new vehicle off the lot. My initial quote was wrong and too low , BUT they stood by their word and gave me the price I was quoted in writing through email. The process was explained to me in a step by step manner.I dropped off my vehicle a little apprehensive since this was such a big ticket item for me to buy but left their feeling good when I left them to care for my new REBEL. When my REBEL was done they called me and said if I couldn't pick it up , ( because it was completed early) that not to worry because it would be stored inside. When I went to pick it up they did not rush me when I was going over it with a fine tooth comb. I must say it looked absolutely beautiful, I was totally impressed with the outstanding work they did. It was well worth the money and the trip. Money well spent and a very professional staff. My truck looks amazing and a 7 year warranty on their work.
